- Installation – the SpiderOak software is installed and configured on your computers remotely by us
- Setup – we check to confirm your backup requirements, scheduling and data storage needs and configure your backups
- 1st Backup – the 1st backup will take the longest as this transfers a large amount of data. Once completed however the backups will run quicker as only changed data is transferred
- Data is compressed and encrypted prior to transmission to the data centre storage facility
- Restoring files or folders is simply a matter of a few clicks with a mouse
