The server software is installed on existing server infrastructure and once configured:

End user connects to an automated self-help web page or selects “reset password” when logging into Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7
User is two factor authenticated by prompting for their Pin and Passcode from their mobile phone
Optionally, the user can be prompted for secret information or existing information such as their employee number instead of a PIN
After authentication is complete, the user is prompted to enter a new Microsoft Windows password
Password is reset in Active Directory in real time
